How to look after your goodies properly:

  • Remove before sleeping, swimming or showering.
  • Do not bend your earrings and avoid dropping them.
  • Treat with love and care.
  • Clean with a warm, slightly damp cloth.
  • Store separately – avoid storing with other earrings that are touching.
  • To ensure safe travels, I would recommend removing the hoops to ensure they remain circular. 
  • Keep away from children, as small parts may be a potential choking hazard.

Where do you ship to?

The whole world! In the U.K, I ship all my orders with Royal Mail first class. This costs £2.50! Everywhere else in the world I ship with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This costs £10! Please note that I cannot ship internationally to PO boxes or Pack stations, because a signature cannot be captured. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Once posted, I cannot let you know how long your parcel will take – this is out of my hands! Please make sure you type your address in correctly – I am not at fault if the parcel is delivered wrong, due to a typing error. 

If you want to post earrings to multiple addresses, you will need to complete multiple orders. 

Do you do custom orders?

Customs can be opened and closed at any point! Check Instagram to see if they are open. Then just drop me a message and we can work together on your unique request!

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

Postage varies depending on where you are! In the U.K., post can arrive anywhere between 2 days to a week. However, delays may occur within the postal service. For European parcels, postage can take 3 days up to 2 weeks.

For international parcels, the postage could be up to four weeks! Please be patient for your happy mail! Once posted, there is nothing I can do to speed it up!!You will receive an email once your order has been completed. 

Do you take returns?

Due to the nature of the items, I do not accept returns, for hygiene reasons. Similarly, cancellations and exchanges are not accepted. 

However, if there is ever a problem with your earrings, upon arrival, please contact me and I will sort this for you!

Will my earring look identical to the image?

Each earring is hand made and whilst I aim to make the earrings as close to the image as possible, they will not be exact. For example, when looking at DAY GLOW, I use a technique called marbling, which is impossible to have the same swirls / pattern twice. However, the colours used will be exactly the same and the desired effect will be achieved.

As each item is handmade, small imperfections may occur. However, these quirks add to their funky nature and make them one of a kind!
